Northwestern's Akili Roberson caught five passes for 94 yards in the first quarter alone. He scored on a 27-yard TD strike from quaterback (and MVP) Terence Coleman. In a span of 5 minutes, Northwestern found paydirt four times, including fumble and interception returns for scores. NWOSU led 33-0 at the half. MidAmerica's Mike Williams scored the Pioneers' only touchdown on an 11-yard run in the final quarter. |
